The Biggg Times!!!

Held the first Wednesday of the month at Via Matta, the event known as F.A.M.E. (Fashion, Art, Music, Enoteca) debuted a new, all-female art series called “Paint Pens in Purses” last week. Organizer Shayna Yasuhara (better known to some as painter and illustrator Shayna Shenanigans) brought together works by Nineta, Lichiban, Morgan Thomas, Heather McGrath, Illy L., and, of course, Shenanigans. There was unique couture, in the form of hand-painted shoes, from Kim Harris’s Allston fashion emporium LAB. DJ Miss Thing supplied cool tunes, spinning a mix that included Cure pop and James Brown funk, while Via Matta served up blackberry sage gimlets, arancini, and pizza. Veteran scenester Peter Wolf stopped by, too.

My Latest work

1st time around.

As was recently given the opportunity to participate in my first serious art show, HRO (Mr. Heatrock) gave me my first chance... and what an experience it was. Also thank you Mayan

for some of the photos featured in the post. 

The event was the 777 traveling art gallery, it took place at Technical Skate shop located on Newbury St. in Boston, Ma. The event was pure success and a full house from begin to end. The support and feed back was amazing and something i will continue to love.

A look in to the Eyes of the silent.

Once obtaining an interest in the women of the east, the "middle east" that is I began to explore the Basic beauty of the exposure of the windows to ones soul... the eyes.

Although this painting is incomplete it is soon to be completed with symbolic arabic text.

first memorial piece with a thought that i feel many should read.

After seeing the film "American Gangster" my mind was on over load, moving so fast i created a Nine painting series before I had even stepped out of the theater. Once getting in the right mind set I was fortunate enough to have continious motivation with the help of S.Carter (Jay-Z) and his new album "American Gangster."As of today Nov.11.07 ONE painting has been completed.
